Can we tempt you with a tender and juicy steak in historic surroundings in the heart of Odense? So settle down at A Hereford Beefstouw on Vestergade 13 and indulge your senses with a matchless meal at our iconic steakhouse in Odense.

The atmosphere at A Hereford Beefstouw in Odense is tightly packed and filled with decades of detail. With a sense of cosiness and atmosphere as well as an unusual love for art, the married couple Jørgen Pedersen and Kirsten Redder have since 1979 operated the restaurant with room for 130 guests.

Good contact with one of the city's galleries over the years has enabled the married couple to adorn the restaurant's walls with works by Niels Nedergaard, Robert Jacobsen and Claus Bojesen, among others - and after a total renovation in the winter of 2000, where among other now deceased artist Sven Dalsgaard colored on the premises, the restaurant appears as a gem in a series of Beefstouws.
