When you put your teeth in the menu, you need to know that these are the best ingredients available. All fish is freshly caught and purchased at tomorrow's fish auction in Hanstholm. We have our own buyer on site.
The meat should also be easy to chew, and we have selected meat from Irish highland cattle and beef cattle. The veal for the Viennese schnitzel is also selected from Irish beef cattle.
As far as possible, we buy organic vegetables. Some of our wines are also grown organically. If the goods are not in order, they will be discarded!
