The Blue of August 1, 2016
Since 3 August 2016 (yes we got started a little later than originally planned), we at Den Blå have tried to bring a piece of Kolding nostalgia back to the city center for the city's citizens and users. Our starting point in French cuisine and the slightly francophile, but relaxed atmosphere, combined with our commitment and human approach to each other, the food and the outside world, is what creates the experience we deliver at Den Blå.
Our approach is professional, but by no means perfectionist. Our passion is passionate but not fanatical. The food and atmosphere must have a little edge. That's how we like it best. We love people and we love food and not least wine. That's why we do what we do!
