Founded by two Australians, Jason and Matt, Souls keeps the Australian approach of being straight forward yet laid back. Our menus are developed by two kitchen gurus with years of experience in both global and local cuisine at Michelin starred restaurants. Our food evolution will always be on going. We take influence from all over the world, taking lessons well learnt from ethnic cuisines. This way you will find interpretations using flavors and techniques from all available inspiration.
Our aim in the kitchen is to be able to entice everyone from all walks of life, to not be closed minded to normal plant based cuisine.
