About

Our history
Tequila Sunrise is a family-run restaurant, opened back in 1986 by Spanish Ramon Ubric Lopez and his wife Jytte Ubric Lopez. In 2020, the restaurant changed hands when son Daniel Ubric Lopez and his girlfriend Katrine Schnohr took over the restaurant. Despite the change of ownership, the vision is still clear: For more than 33 years, we have strived to create an authentic atmosphere in the restaurant and in the courtyard that makes guests relax and enjoy the food and wine. And it is our clear goal to stick to that tradition.

Good food is made from scratch
Mexican food is known for its intense and varied taste, which is only achieved by using completely fresh ingredients. At Tequila Sunrise, we prepare all dishes from scratch. All stages in the preparation of, for example, meat take place in our own kitchen - a good craft principle that helps to ensure a high quality throughout.

outdoor courtyard,
In the summer months, approx. 30 people take a seat in our cozy covered patio. Patio heaters ensure a comfortable temperature - even if the sun has gone down.
