In 2012, we opened the doors for the first Victoria's Pizza at Lyshøjallé 2A in Kolding. Today, the chain consists of a total of five stores in three different cities in Denmark. After many years of experience in the industry, we have developed a unique concept with a focus on traditional stone oven pizzas, where love of quality and fresh ingredients are combined with a warm atmosphere.
The difference between a good and a really good pizza?
Wood-burning stone stove! In addition to adding a delicate aroma to our pizzas, the fresh ingredients are cooked faster, thereby retaining more flavor. And of course the main reason: a crunchy crispy bottom.
Stone oven is of equal quality
The stone oven is fired up one hour before opening time with either beech or ash. It is a minimum of 300 degrees when the first pizzas are baked. Of course, the temperature also ensures that the pizza gets a crunchy crispy bottom.
